Davantoni Projects was founded by PC Janse van Rensburg, Dave Johnson and Tony Behr in 2003. Established on the back of 60 years of extensive property experience, the company is dynamic, energetic, quality and cost focused.

Based in Capricorn Park, near Muizenberg in the Western Cape, we provide personalised property consulting, development and development related services both internally and to a select private and corporate client base.

Our principal customers are investors and end users, and we strive to satisfy their needs by delivering quality property products that are both flexible and sustainable.

We aesthetically differentiate our buildings to ensure that their pleasing modern lines are environmentally appropriate, and that they stand out from the crowd. We recognize that “Green” building practices and building designs are the way to the future.
